Excellent, Professional, Friendly, Informative service from BlueChip team. Appreciated the next day site visit and Joe’s time and advice on my new Heat Pump. Michael and Pete’s service with the difficult installation was excellent, and I received the compliance certificate the same day. We had our solar and battery system installed today by BlueChip Energy and Climate Solutions. Absolute amazing service from the beginning with Shane Robinson who explained everything in detail and very clearly making it easy for me to commit to the investment. Kelly in the office was great and most importantly the installation team lead by Josh was a standout, arrived on time, very courteous and friendly, explained what was going to happen and did great work. The site was clean and tidy when they finished and the system is working as expected. Bluechip replaced our instantaneous hot water system with an electric heat pump. The quote was very competitive and the installaion was done very quickly. Peter & Michael made a very good job of the installation. The site was left very clean and tidy. Right from the very first meeting prior to install Blue Chip energy solutions were great. Everything was explained in great detail. They installed a new ducted reverse cycle AC unit for us a Hisense. They installed ahead of time, were very professional, polite, curtious and the when the job was done we were shown how to use & navigate through the technology which is amazing.
